■ 구조 및 특징 

구조 : 실험, 연구소용 그라인딩밀 시스템은 정량투입장치와 분쇄실, 분급, 저장실로 나뉘어져 있으며 모든 구동장치는 인버터로 속도 조절이 가능하게 구성되었다. 

특징 : 본 실험, 연구용 분쇄기는 신제품개발시 다양하게 쓸수 있도록 고주파 모터를 장착하여 분쇄실 회전을 최고 20,000RPM까지 자유자재로 변환할 수 있어 분쇄품에 따라 최적의 입도로 분쇄할 수 있으며 분급장치 또한 속도 조절이 가능하므로 원하는 입도를 얻을 수 있다.

실험용 분쇄기는 소량 다품종 분쇄를 반복적으로 행하므로 청소가 용이하도록 제작하였으며 분쇄시 분진 비산이 이루어지지 않도록 CYCLONE 내부에 필터장치가 되어있다. 

본 분쇄기는 초 미립자를 원칙으로 개발되었으나 세립분자를 생산할 수 있도록 별도의 스크린을 장착할 수도 있다.
