[MYVM MODEL] 

V형 혼합기는 회전하는 TWIN SHELL의 혼합조를 가지고 투입한 원료, 그 중량 및 원심력의 작용으로 2개의 원주에 따라 상하운동을 하고 2개의 원주의 교차면에서 결집분리를 반복하고 혼합이 이루어 진다. 

혼합회전에 의한 입자의 틀림이나 비중의 차에 관계없이 균일하게 혼합되는게 특징이다. 

본기는 표준형, BLADE부착형, 자동형의 3종류가 있으며 원료 및 용도에 의한 사용을 기할 수 있다. 또한 내부에 진공처리를 하여 건조와 냉각, 믹싱을 동시에 할 수 있으며 배출 방법은 자동, 수동을 겸할 수 있다. 

- 용량 : 최소 1L ∼ 최대 5000L (원료 투입량 50%)

- 본체재질 : 스테인레스, 강철, 수지, 각종 라이닝가능

- 종류 : 일반 혼합용, 혼합 및 건조용, 혼합 및 액첨가용 등이 있다.

Vtype mixer has rotating twin shell and mixes the inputmaterial by the weight and centrifugal force in up anddown movement through the two columns and at the crossof the two columns, repeat a concentration and separationmovement.

It is a special feature that the mixing is carried outin uniformity with regardless of the particle differencesfrom mixing rotation or defferences of specific gravity.

The samples are three types such as standard type, addedblade type, automatic type. The types are decided by materialsand purposes.

Also, it can carry out the drying, cooling and mixingsimuttaneously since its inside has been vacuumized andthe automatic or manual transpiring methods are available.
